We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Team Leader that will possess at least 3 year's proven 360 recruitment experience at Senior Consultant or Junior Sales Management level.

With an abundance of self-belief, they will be driven, highly professional and possess ambition and real drive to become successful.

We require someone with demonstrable experience of delivering to a personal target and that can show a high level of competence in both the management of existing client accounts and new business sales.

In a true 360 degree role, they will be able to lead by example ensuring that their own personal targets meet and exceed expectations, therefore generating both enthusiasm and drive for any team members.

This position will provide a fast track opportunity for the successful applicant to progress further within LA International's management structure should they have the desire and determination.

Role Function

To generate gross profit, ensuring that sales and profitability meet and exceed personal and team targets. Additionally, responsibilities include:-

Recruitment Process
Management and develop of Client relationships across all customers in the division; client vacancy fulfilment; candidate selection and management; interview process; rate negotiations and offers; exploitation of New Business opportunities

Management Responsibility
*Supporting corporate sales strategy
*Co-development and execution of divisional growth plans
*Management / full responsibility for the performance and compliance of the team
*Managing staff personal development plans. Interview and selection of internal staff

Staff Development Responsibility
*Full responsibility for performance to target of all team members
*Identification of team training needs / development
*On-going evaluation and monitoring of progress
*Generation and implementation of client sales strategies across the team
*Support and coaching of team members around the use / implementation of the company's sales strategy.
