The Job role

Home working possible for right candidate.

Is for a motivated sales person with a proven track record in BDM work (would be ideal for a former estate agent who still loves the property industry but is fed up with working late into the evening and weekends). The candidate must enjoy establishing strong relationship with estate agents (at both senior and junior level).

This company has the UK's best completion rate for estate agents and won Gold Best Conveyancer awards at Sunday Times Estate Agents awards and The Negotiator awards. Due to an influx work and new enquiries, a role exists for a motivated person who can strengthen relationship with the firm's existing recommending agents and develop relationships with new estate agents.

It is expected that the role will mainly involve face to face meeting out of the office. There may an opportunity for some home working for the right candidate.

They are flexible on whether this is a full time or part time role. However, if you require a part time role, may suit a return to work person, who no longer wants to work full time. The firm is a member of the working mums charter.

What does the role involve

- Building and maintaining strong relationship between our lawyers with existing recommending agents (at both senior and junior level).
- Managing the relationship estate agent and relevant internal departments to ensure that they work as closely together
- Speaking to new enquiries from estate agents who have contacted us.
- Speaking and converting leads that are referred to us by recommending estate agents and generally.

Experience

- Ideally 3 years plus sales experience ( ideally in an estate agency )
