Senior Procurement Manager

An opportunity has been created for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Procurement Team at a senior level.

Exciting, challenging and diverse; the role of Senior Procurement Manager (Capital Projects) will be instrumental in delivering the Universities ambitious Capital Master Plan, which includes a diverse pipeline of activity centred around the Estates and Facilities Category of spend.

Bringing extensive Category knowledge into the role, you will support the University to achieve value for money and manage supply chain risks. Your contribution will firmly support the University in delivering against its strategic goals, by not only contracting with suppliers to manage and maintain existing assets, but by also helping to shape the campus for the future.

With extensive procurement experience, you will be confident and commercially aware with strong communication skills. You will use these skills to deliver excellent customer service and build positive lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. In addition to a relevant procurement qualification you will have the ability and confidence to influence and negotiate.
