Team Leader - Hemel Hamstead

Are you a strong team leader or support work who has year of experience in mental health. if this is a yes then we want to hear from you.

You will be joining a monumental organization with homes and supported living units across the UK. Providing specialist support to young adults and adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health conditions and problems with addiction. You will be managing service for young adults with severe learning disabilities. The home is CQC (Care Quality Commission) registered and is renowned for delivering high standards of care.

Your main responsibilities will be to delegating shifts, attending management meetings, staff training and inductions.

You will be someone who has experience in mental health, experience in a senior position and mi of a NVQ 3 in health and social care
