Annapurna is working with a market-leading law firm to find a strong HR Advisor to assist for the next 12 months for a maternity cover position. You will support an HR Manager by covering 3 of the firms UK offices and be responsible for a variety of tasks, most importantly leading on low-level Employee Relations cases such as performance improvement plans, agile work requests, and contract terminations.

You will need to build relationships with the senior leadership team and help assist on various global people projects.

This is a great opportunity for you to gain further experience and exposure at a firm who are the market leaders in their specialist area.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

* Confidence and experience to lead on low-level ER cases is essential
* Manage employee relationships and assist with any queries
* Experience operating as an HR business partner within a regulated environment
* Run new starter inductions
* Maintain the firms HRIS, 'Workday', with any employee changes
* Adhoc administration tasks
* Previous Head Office experience in a corporate organisation, preferably financial services
