JOB TITLE: Food Process Team Leader
LOCATION: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
SALARY & BENEFITS: Great rates of pay and training and development, with the opportunity to progress
WORKING HOURS: Full time, 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be worked according to work required on request by the Manager
THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading supplier of day old chicks for egg producers throughout the UK. Due to their continued success, we are now seeking a Food Process Team Leader to join the team in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
THE ROLE: The initial role will be heavily involved with process and staff training during the implementation of an ERP System (MTech) due to commence in July 2018. After the implementation process the candidate would be trained in other areas for a supervisory role.
You will be expected to liaise with other departments in the hatchery.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Food Process Team Leader role will be confident and have great communication skills.
Essential criteria for the Food Process Team Leader role:
Must live within a commutable distance to Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Must have previous experience in a Team Leader role
Must be proficient in computer literacy
Desirable Criteria for the Food Process Team Leader role:
Knowledge of hatchery or processing environment would be an advantage, but training will be given
Food hygiene awareness would be an advantage
Previous welfare training would be an advantage
