Broadmoor Hospital is at the forefront of forensic mental health nursing and forms part of the West London Mental Health NHS Trust. It is one of only three High Secure Hospitals in England and Wales. We are building an amazing New High Secure Hospital which will be open in 2018, so come and be part of our future.

We are looking to recruit a number of highly motivated, forward thinking and emotionally resilient Healthcare Assistants at Band 3, who can work flexibly, to provide high quality care that is both evidence based and patient focused. In return, we are able to offer successful candidates an excellent experience in a very unique and challenging setting. We provide regular supervision and excellent training opportunities, both in-house and extenally.

The successful candidates will be provided with the specialist training to assist in the provision of high quality care for our patient group.

We require the post holders to be an effective team player and to be committed to equal opportunities and non discriminatory practices.

Candidates will undergo the Care Certificate during their probationary period; and upon successful completion be awarded an incremental increase The Trust has also commenced the New Degree Apprenticeship Mental Health Nursing Programme, which Health Care Facilitators can apply for the selection process; following a period of 12 months.

£2,300 recruitment and retention premium.
