Westward Housing provides around 7,500 affordable homes across Devon and Cornwall. We deliver a wide range of services for our customers and this role will lead in a number of those as we embark on a period of change.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for this Housing Coordinator. This role is on a fixed term contract until 2nd August 2019 (or earlier if the post holder returns)
This is an office based post in Newton Abbot providing housing management services and advice to customers and applicants. Supporting the field staff with a focus on allocations, service charges and tenancy management, there will be the occasional need for field work to support the Housing Officers.
Westward places an emphasis on good customer care and is seeking individuals who have excellent interpersonal, planning and organisational skills; as well as the ability to work flexibly and confidentially whilst managing a varied workload.
