Stipendiary Junior Research Fellowship in MRI of Stroke

St Hilda’s College invites applications for a stipendiary Junior Research Fellowship tenable for three-years from 1 October 2018 (or as soon as possible thereafter) in MRI of Stroke. The successful candidate will hold a PhD or DPhiland have research expertise as established by publications. The primary duty of the post is to engage in original research, although the Fellow may undertake a limited amount of teaching with the consent of the College.

The stipend will be £21,000 per annum (indexed to academic salary increases). The Fellow will also receive an allowance to assist with the cost of housing (£8,000 per annum). The Fellow will be provided with use of a shared office in College, and will be entitled to free meals. They will be a member of the Senior Common Room, and may apply for research expenses (currently up to £1,300 per annum). They will also be eligible to apply for small project and event grants through the College’s new research support scheme.
