Assistant General Manager (Hotel)

They have a new exciting opportunity for an Assistant GM to join their customer focussed team where you will work with the General Manager to create and shape the culture and future of their new lifestyle Aparthotel.
Driving the business whilst training and inspiring your team, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable service whilst achieving targeted occupancy levels, revenue, length of stay and overall business targets. With the reception team and coffee shop team reporting in to you directly, you will ensure your teams provide excellent customer service at every stage of the guest journey.
They are looking for someone who has recent hospitality experience within a managerial role. A hands on leader, you will be comfortable to make decisions in the GM’s absence and will have the ability to think outside the box.
Experience within an F&B environment would be an advantage, but above all you will have excellent customer service skills and will be a team player.
Given the nature of the role, you will need to be flexible with your working hours and as per business needs, you will be required to 5 / 7 which includes working weekends.
