The Role:
You will assist the team to ensure that the best possible service is provided to the organisation's clients at all times.
Duties Include:
- General office administration and acting as a key point of contact for their clients
- Answering the telephone and continuing to help the company maintain high standards of customer service.
- Collating incoming/outgoing client tax return and annual accounts information including monitoring of progress
- Monitoring, highlighting & communication with clients of milestones such as accounts and tax filing dates and tax payments
- Preparing documents for Companies House
No previous experience of working in accounting or an accounting practice is needed as full training will be given.
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range £15,000 - £17,500 per annum + bonus & benefits.
