Payroll Manager

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a renowned and highly professional accountancy firm. You will be managing a payroll team of 12, payrolling for multiple clients. Our client provides excellent benefits and a modern and friendly working environment, within prestigious offices.
As part of a dynamic client facing payroll bureau, you will take overall responsibility for the payroll solutions team, looking at business development opportunities, working to review and improve payroll policies and procedures and resolving any escalated payroll queries.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a payroll team in a busy bureau, excellent communication skills are essential for the role as well as a strong background in processing end to end payroll and an up to date working knowledge of RTI and auto enrolment. A CIP qualification would be highly beneficial but not essential and experience of using STAR payroll would be a plus.
