They are currently looking to recruit a Plasterer to join them to provide a comprehensive plastering/multi skilling service to domestic properties in accordance with the relevant safety regulations.
Undertaking full house re-plastering works and plaster patching in small areas, you will identify and rectify defects; demonstrating knowledge, where applicable, to undertake external rendering works, floor screeding, fix wall and floor tiles.
Working from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, diagrams, sketches, calculations using measuring equipment where appropriate, you must assess plan and request parts and materials required to carry out the work and liaise with the Client/customers when arranging and carrying our work, having full regard to their needs.
With a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Plasterer in addition to an Apprenticeship, candidates should have multi skilling experience and a background of working on maintenance of domestic properties, pre-paint repairs and refurbishments. Previous experience of previewing and ordering materials is required and you must be able to work effectively on your own as well as part of a team.
