Starting Salary £17,467 (OTE's £100 pm), increasing to £19,909 after successfully passing probation and becoming a fully effective advisor

Don't worry you don't need to know anything about energy as full industry training is provided to new starters. All you need to demonstrate is that you have a passion for customer services, and the necessary skills to be a trusted and dedicated customer advisor.

To ensure npower are available when their customers' need them, successful individuals will join on a full-time, permanent basis, working: Monday - Friday with 1:3 Saturdays. Npower are looking for support on a later shift (with hours between 11:00am & 8:00pm).
