Interim IT Recruiter - Middlesex - Oil & Gas - 8 months - GBP230-GBP265 per day - April Start

Your new role
A specialist in-house IT recruiter. You will be accountable for recruitment strategies, business consulting and campaign plans for multiple businesses as assigned by Recruitment Lead. Manage and participate in the selection process to include assessing candidate applications, screening, interviewing, and recommending finalists, offer management and filling the staffing needs with the defined service and performance criteria. Managing 25-30 vacancies at any given time.
What you'll need to succeed
Full cycle recruitment experience within a complex Oil and Gas organisation preferred. You will have worked for a large MNC in-house managing end-to-end recruitment - both internal and external hiring. You will have experience doing competency based interviews. Ideally experience in Talent Attraction (ie using sponsored content, using Linked In, using specialist job boards, attending events). Experience advising the business on D&I initiatives.
