Porsche Service Booking Advisor

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate at our state of the art Dealership, part of the Sytner Group, and winner of the "Sunday Times Best big company to work for 2017", working with one of the best car brands in the world.

We are looking for an individual who ideally has worked in a call centre previously and with the following attributes :

  • Proactive and highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Friendly, enthusiastic and professional
  • Great listener, and customer handling skills
  • Driven, dedicated and task orientated
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills including excellent telephone manner

Main Duties

  • Proactively contact customers to book vehicle service and repairs
  • Handle incoming/outbound service enquiries via telephone and email
  • Liaise with customers after service to follow-up customer experience satisfaction
  • Establish and qualify customer needs
  • Handling customer objections
  • Convert enquiries to bookings
  • Understand the brand and associated products
  • Enhancing existing customer data to Sytner standards
  • Updating and capturing new customer data to Sytner standards
  • Meet productivity expectations of volume and results as outlined in monthly performance reviews
  • Maintain and adhere to service levels
  • Maximise opportunities by up selling service related products
  • Be a flexible team player and be available to suit business hours
  • Maintain and adhere to call quality standards
  • Effective enquiry management
  • Pro-actively engage with database to recognise and create strong service leads
  • Working closely with Aftersales team

Dependant on experience the package on offer ranges from GBP27,000 - GBP29,000 with 23 days hoiliday and comprehensive training.
