About the role…
Due to business growth, they are now looking to appoint a number of Customer & Patient Advisors to join them on a permanent, full time basis.
They are looking for individuals to come and join them and deliver a high quality, customer focused service regarding the delivery of their patients’ medications and associated supplies and services.
What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to become a Customer & Patient Advisor?
They are looking for candidates who have strong communication skills, a good standard of education (a GCSE in Maths and English at grade C or above / NVQ in Customer Service) and who have previous experience of a customer service based role. Detail conscious and passionate about delivering work to agreed quality standards, you will cope well under pressure and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

They offer a robust and flexible reward packaging including
- Salary of £16,806.40 per annum
- Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday with rotating shifts 08:00 – 16:30, 09:30 – 18:00 & 11:30 – 20:00 with occasional weekends
