A rapidly expanding insurance broker based in Tunbridge Wells is looking for customer service advisors to join their lively team. They currently employ around 100 staff and specialise in niche insurance.
They offer ongoing training, leading to a formally recognised insurance qualification although no previous insurance experience is required.
Salaries range from £17,000-£19,000 dependent on experience and for those planning a career in customer service, customer service advisors jobs are a good place to start.
The job of the Customer Service Advisor is mainly about managing client and providing a high quality of customer service. Between handling enquires via incoming calls, general administrative tasks, updating customer accounts and dealing with correspondence, the advisor is the first point of client communication.
A professional understanding of what makes first-class customer service is important, as are flexibility, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills and sales orientation.
You will have a minimum of C+ in 4 GCSE`s or equivalent including Maths and English
Your hours of work will be 9 to 5 Monday to Friday for 2 consecutive weeks, 10 to 7 Monday to Friday for 1 week and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9 to 3, calculated on a rotating basis.
