The firm is looking for their first Finance Director to manage the small finance team and function. You will have ownership of the accounting, controls and reporting around the loans themselves and the company accounting.
They are not looking for a conventional bean counter. There is currently no COO and the expectation is this individual will progress to the COO in the next 12-18 months as the CEO looks to relinquish all of the operational responsibilities.
The ideal profile will have 10 years experience either working in industry or practice. You will have some prior experience of consumer lending/loans and have leadership qualities that will enable you to transcend the day to day of a Finance Director to a Senior Executive.
