Sales Floor Manager - GBP18,000+Commission - Telecoms

An industry leading telecommunications company is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Sales Floor Manager. Working with the likes Google, Apple and Samsung you will be helping your team as well as our client in this key growth period.

As an energetic Sales Floor Manager you will be in charge of the Sales Team, duties will include motivating and inspiring staff member to hit targets that you will set. Assisting in closing deals as well as identifying up selling opportunities, you will also be involved in the recruitment and compliance of the store.

For this role as a Sales Floor Manager you will ideally have 1+ year of management experience within the Retail Sector. Having some Telecommunication/Mobile Phone sales experience would be advantageous, most of all you must be inspiring and be able motivate the sales team to hit target and complete sales incentives.

As the successful Sales Floor Manager you will receive an extremely competitive package which will consist of:
