Your new role
Your new role will be to provide on-going professional, day to day support to managers and employees on all HR related issues including disciplinary and grievance, absence management, policies and procedures and all conditions of employment. You will assist the HR manager in rolling out new HR initiatives and implementing new strategies, recruitment, analysing MI and help to embed a high performing culture.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be a strong HR Generalist with good organisational skills and ideally you will be CIPD qualified.
What you'll get in return
GBP25000- GBP28000 dependant on your experience, 28 days holiday which increases with length of service and a standard pension.
