Local IT Support firm General Geek are looking for a flexible, confident and competent Office and Accounts Administrator to join our friendly and relaxed team!

This is a part time position for approx. 12 hours per week with good potential for the role and hours to expand.

The 12 hours would be split over four days, from 9.30AM - 12.30PM, Tuesday - Friday.

Duties would include the following:

  • Liaising with customers and suppliers via email and phone
  • Booking jobs in for our engineers via our scheduling system
  • Liaisng with our engineers on new and ongoing jobs
  • Ordering parts and consumables
  • Taking delivery of parts and assigning them to jobs/engineers
  • Entering expenses, bills and invoices onto our Quickbooks Online accounting system
  • Scheduling advertising via social media, online and print

Experiencing in accounts and admin essential for this role!

An interest in all things computer related would be beneficial, but not essential.
