Yourknowledge should include general desktop Windows 7,8,10, Office,Outlook, Active Directory admin etc and PCs, Laptops, Printers. You will possess a strong personal interest in IT with enthusiasm tolearn, be well organised with an ability to communicate effectively,gather information and prioritise. ROLE Your role as IT Support Analyst will involve providing support to awide client base. This will involve triaging a variety of infrastructuresupport requests via remote technology, identifying problems, andescalating where appropriate. You will also assist on PC, Laptop and Server builds, and generallyshadow more experienced Engineers in order to learn and build up yourskill base.
