Telesales Consultants Wanted - Swanley
Job description
We are looking for people with Telesales experience to work in an established consultancy selling technical health and safety related services including; asbestos surveys, asbestos air testing, legionella control and occupational hygiene.
The successful candidate will be provided training in our services and systems and must fit into a quality based consultancy.
The candidate will be set targets for each month. Targets/objectives may change in line with business need.
The role is office based from our head office in Swanley, Kent. The hours will generally be 9am-5pm but flexibility will be expected to complete all work required by the client and business.
The candidate will be rewarded with a salary between GBP16,000 - GBP18,000.
Main Duties:
- Inbound sales calls - taking the initial enquiry and allocating to the relevant department
- Outbound sales calls - following up on quotes generated (by self and others)
- Updating of CRM system
- Excellent communications with all company staff
- General sales admin tasks
Role requirements:
- Required: Organisational skills
- Required: Ability to prioritise own workload
- Required: Competent in MS Office (2016 preferred) Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Preferred: Administration experience from a sales environment.
- Excellent work ethic
