We provide innovative and responsive housing, care and support services that promote choice and independence for people with a variety of needs including people with learning disabilities, autism, older people, young people and people with mental health support needs across North and East London.

Outward Housing Department provides housing management aimed at sustaining vulnerable people in their tenancies and assisting people to move on from short term services. We work with a number of registered housing providers and in conjunction with our Group partner Newlon Housing Trust to provide housing management to their supported housing homes.

As an Income Management Officer, you will work as part of the Income Management Team to reduce rent & service charge arrears. You will have a range of tasks which will vary depending on where support is required most. You will need to have the ability to be flexible, to aim support at maximising income and helping customers to access appropriate help and advice. You will work towards targets and report regularly on performance to the Performance and Income Manager. Tasks also include sign-up of new tenants on behalf of Outward's partner landlords.

This role is available as a full time post of 38 hours per week.
