A well established, multidisciplinary architecture and planning company based in Boston are looking to welcome a Senior Architectural Technician into their design team. Due to a very successful period of growth in 2017, this company are now expanding their Boston office as they plan for future talent acquisition. This role offers a clear progression route with the possibility of becoming an Associate of the practice included in the offer.

Your new role
As the successful candidate you will be working on Residential and Commercial sector projects from conceptual design stages through to on site completion. You may be required to travel occasionally for client meetings in Manchester and London but the majority of work will be based in and around Lincolnshire.

What you'll need to succeed
For this position you will need to have a proven track record of technical ability and design capability. An enthusiasm and team oriented mindset will be beneficial as well a proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant project experience.

What you'll get in return
As the successful candidate you will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary of between GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 depending on experience. You will also work on some exciting projects and alongside an impressive clientele.
