Job Role:

This role leads on the exciting 16 x 16 programme in schools giving 14 - 16 year olds the opportunity to work with employers, gain skills and understand the expectations in the world of work, further education and training.
The Project manager will oversee the Aspiration Centre - a mobile unit which will travel the town to support and help residents to gain new skills, look for jobs or other training opportunities.
As a strong performance manager, you'll lead on stakeholder engagement and liaise with relevant internal and external partners.
This role is a 2 year Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
About you:
You'll have recent, in-depth experience of project management and a flare for analysing and presenting complex and financial data.
Reporting will be your strength, and being able to write clear and concise strategies and plans.
Having demonstrable knowledge and understanding of equality issues and legislation will help you to integrate equality policies into our business plans, strategies, service delivery, appraisals and employment practices.
Your strong organisational skills mean you'll be adept at meeting deadlines as well as monitoring project performance.
Your relevant degree level, project management qualification or verifiable experience will allow you to hit the ground running and help our young people realise their remarkable potential!
