Our client based in Bircham Newton is seeking a number of Customer Co Ordinators to join their team on a full time temporary basis. The rate of pay is £9 an hour!

Due to the remote location please ensure you will be to travel to Bircham Newtom each day.
Working in a quiet environment, you`ll be answering phone calls from clients and customers and resolving their queries. You`ll be dealing with phone calls relating to general enquiries, applications, also card payments. The working week is on a rotational shift basis the hours being 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm / 10am-6pm. Full training will be provided and its approx 2 weeks on a 9am-5pm shift.
You`ll be required to have previous experience in a customer service based role/call centre environment. The ideal candidate will have great verbal and written communication and is quick to learn new processes and procedures.
Rate of pay is £9 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
