AppsAnywhere, our unique app store, combines multiple technologies to deliver any app, anywhere – allowing our customers to liberate software from campus PC labs and deliver it on-demand to any device, including student BYOD.

We’re fortunate enough to have excellent relationships with our customers and want to ensure they continue having a great experience with AppsAnywhere. As such, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team.

What will I be doing? 

As an Account Manager, you’ll deliver a world-class service to 30+ higher education accounts across the UK and EU.  

As our customers are constantly evolving their IT services, new opportunities for additional services, training and solutions often arise. You’ll work with customers to identify their needs, promote suitable products and services, and ultimately, grow our accounts.

In this exciting role, you will: 

- Ensure that our customers (and most importantly, their students) have a great time using AppsAnywhere
- Maintain regular contact with customers via telephone and email 
- Answer customer queries and direct issues to the Support Team when required 
- Carry out a range of admin tasks (someone’s got to keep the ball rolling behind the scenes) 
- Travel to visit customers in the UK (this can be for up to two weeks at a time) 

Sounds great! What do I need? 

- Account management experience, gained in the software and/or technology industry 
- Experience of cross-selling and/or up-selling 
- Great communication and relationship-building skills 
- A positive attitude
