Job Overview

Due to continuing success, expansion of their Client base and their desire to offer First Class Support, they are looking to expand their Technical Support Team with a Technical Support Advisor. The role will involve dealing with Clients over the telephone, email or online, logging and resolving faults with their IT and Telephony, configuration of Telephony and IT equipment, working with other members of the Technical Support Team.

The role is customer facing so a good telephone manner and written skills are essential, a positive attitude, willing to learn new skills and an interest in technology. Full training will be given to the successful candidate to support Clients across their full product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- All faults to be dealt within SLA and resolved efficiently.
- All records for faults to be kept up to date and details recorded correctly.
- Access records to be promptly updated internally and where required to External Partners and to other Departments.
- All Customers to be updated on faults in a timely and correct manner.
- Ensure their SLA's with Customers are met.
- All chargeable work should be charged out when required.
