We are a well established Independent Financial Adviser firm based in Harrold, Bedfordshire. We are looking for an administrator to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide proactive support to Planners and Paraplanners
- New Business Processing (paper & online submissions)
- Ensure outputs are validated for accuracy and identify any errors
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation and industry news
- General administration duties, including answering clients calls, audio typing etc.
- Ensure back office systems are updated accurately
- Keep files up to date & tidy / scanning
- Prepare client review schedules
- Process fund switches and individual rebalances
- Deal with general client enquiries
- Follow company process
- Ensure best use of resource and skill development by working flexibly across the range of administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS
- Standard Grade English
- Standard Grade Maths
Working towards a regulated financial services diploma would be encouraged and assisted

EXPERIENCE
Relevant experience in a similar post (preferably within the financial services industry)
