This innovative production company based in the Tring area is looking for a Customer Services Advisor.
This large company are looking for a new member to join the Customer Services team and deal with new process implementation and logistics.
This busy position will include general Customer Services queries, and also analysing existing processes to update and streamline working procedures. You will be processing orders over the telephone and looking to improve the customers all round experience.
Ideally a background in logistics and transport would be beneficial along with a strong customer focused background. You will be a flexible team player and a forward thinker when it comes to improving procedures.
You will be computer literate with excellent communication skills and able to influence and implement any changes that are needed within the company.
The hours are Monday - Friday 9 - 5 and you will be paid a very good salary of up to £32,000k with free car parking.
