Engagement Officer

EBP has an exciting opportunity for an Engagement Officer to join the team based in Northamptonshire. You will be there on a full time, permanent basis (fixed term contracts of 6 months will be considered) and you will receive a salary of Up To £22,000 per annum OTE up to £25,000’

Due to our ongoing success, we are looking for two people to join our Sales team and promote our youth programmes (including National Citizen Service) to schools and colleges. The National Citizen Service (NCS) is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for 16/17 year olds to challenge themselves, make new friends, learn new skills and support the local community. 

The Engagement Officer role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Engagement Officer who shares our passion for inspiring young people to develop themselves to achieve more. The successful candidate will deliver presentations in front of hundreds of people to positively promote the benefits of our youth programmes, so they will need to be confident, articulate and credible.

Requirement of our Engagement Officer:

- Self-motivated
- Have the drive to exceed targets
- The ability to thrive under pressure
-  A driving licence and use of a car for business is essential
