A fast-growing software company based in the vibrant city of Bath is seeking a customer support account coordinator to join the team.

The successful candidate will join a lively, supportive team of account coordinators, to maintain and develop client relationships with providers of primary mental health care.

Responsibilities will include…
- providing proactive and reactive client management, support and assistance, both face to face and remotely via email, telephone, and online support
- building relationships and providing exceptional customer service to help them get the most from the web applications they subscribe to
- communicating across multi-disciplinary teams to assist and inform with new and ongoing investigations as well as - contributing to new development proposals
- visiting clients at their workplaces, understanding their current use of the product and making recommendations for future use
- providing product training both onsite and remotely, and demonstrating how to extract reportable data
- keeping training documentation up to date

Skills and experience
- The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication, presentation and people skills.
- You'll be a natural multitasker and will excel at organising and prioritising your workload.
- Proven IT competency is a requirement of the role, and knowledge of various software relating to CRM, patient management and reporting tools is desirable.
- You will need the ability to work flexibly in order to cover the core support hours and to allow for onsite training and visits.
- Ideally you'll have experience in a customer service role with GCSEs and A Levels graded A-C or the equivalent.
- You will be fluent in English with strong literacy and numeracy skills, a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Salary: £18,000+ (plus benefits) dependent on experience
