A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Administrator to join a rapidly expanding, innovative manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be based in Chard, Somerset and will earn a competitive salary based on experience.

The company employs over 1000 people in a state of the art manufacturing facility. They have a wide product range and export over half of it worldwide. This is a split administration role and you will be responsible for data entry for the production management team along with general administrative tasks for the maintenance team. Additional duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Collate production information daily
  • Data/document filing
  • Monitoring test data
  • Communicating effectively across teams
  • Responding to queries
  • Answering and making phone calls
To be considered for the role of Administrator at this fantastic manufacturing company in Chard, Somerset, you must be an exceptional communicator with a high attention to detail. Experience of using Oracle would be an advantage, however is not essential. In addition, the following key skills and experience are necessary:
  • Experience Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel, Work and Outlook
  • Demonstrable administration experience
  • A positive outlook with a can-do attitude
