Our client is a next generation specialist diamond jeweller that boasts unrivalled access to over 70% of the world’s diamonds. Their accolades include the 2017 Professional Jeweller Award and 2017 Online Retailer of the Year. Now, they are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. 

Within an engaging and vibrant environment, you will have the chance to broaden your expertise, learn from a talented team and play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the business. 

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will support the smooth running of our client’s Accounts function. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Process a large volume of supplier invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner 
- Review and post invoices 
- Match supplier invoices with purchase orders 
- Resolve any issues regarding invoices  
- Accurately file all processed transactions 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Experience of high levels of data entry 
- The ability to complete tasks with the highest levels of accuracy 

Highly-organised and motivated, as an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will have excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. A strong work ethic, great communication skills and a professional telephone manner are also key. 

Ideally, you will have a minimum of one year’s accounts experience, but this is not essential.
