Our Real Estate team in London is looking for a talented lawyer to work with them to support the work we are doing for our developer clients. The work we attract is complex strategic land assembly involving options, promotion agreements, conditional contracts, collaboration and development agreements and land disposals to national housebuilders for London based real estate clients. Applications from candidates with strong residential development experience (specifically of land assembly and disposals) who can act as gamekeeper as well as poacher are of interest as we act for national housebuilders too and are keen to offer more out of London . This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented and enthusiastic Real Estate team who will be as invested in your career development as you are. You'll be supported by a collegiate approach, and mentoring and supervision by leaders in their field. In return, depending on your PQE, you'll bring a broad and varied skillset that includes previous experience of commercial real estate work, ideally with exposure to development work from a large regional or city firm.
