Job Purpose

Focus Mobile is looking for a Support Manager, to work alongside and manage the support team

Responsibilities

• • Sales support experience
  • Excellent Communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to demonstrate an aptitude for the numeracy skills needed in sales
  • Ability to work under your own initiative and also be a team player
  • Passionate about customer service excellence
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, etc
  • Experience in managing people (preferable)
  • Excellent organisation skills
