They are looking for an exceptional individual to be the Office Manager. You be responsible for the control, direction and smooth running of the office, procurement and accounts.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, and because of the nature of the industry, must be prepared to work out of regular daytime hours to oversee the efficient running of the office.

Duties:

- To be point of contact for all Office Manager matters 24/7.
- Respond to incoming telephone calls, site visitors, opening and closing of office as required.
- Head of accounts monitoring, supervision and implementation.
- Accountable for the timely and accurate production of invoicing and lead pursuit of outstanding accounts.
- Head Payroll and timesheet operations and deal efficiently with pay queries.
- Maintain and regulate all budgetary requirements.
- Oversee meeting schedules and work programs for the management team.
- Assist with the sales team operations.
- Scanning and filing of documents.
- Responsible for the management and direction of all admin staff.
- Design and develop publications, documents and data bases as required.
- Adhere to procedures and policies as necessary.
- Actively promote the company and create sales opportunities.
- Build effective customer relationships and take personal ownership for all customer interactions.
- Dealing with all aspects of procurement from approving new suppliers, purchasing and generating purchase orders.
- Assisting in completion of accreditation.
- Liaise with Managing Director on progress, accountancy and company reports.
