Administrator – Finance

Europarc, Grimsby

On-going temporary contract

£9.00 ph

We have a great opportunity for a suitably qualified experienced Administrator to join the team of one of the area's most prestigious companies for an on-going contract, scheduled to commence early May 2018. If you have worked within a Finance or Accounts Department previously, as an Administrator, you will understand the necessity and importance of accurate inputting of information. You will have an excellent telephone manner and enjoy speaking to colleagues and clients in a professional manner.

Key Administrators Personal Specification:

  • Excellent Microsoft skills, (in particular Excel and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be given
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • A good sense of humour, together with being a team player
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Efficient, highly organised and accurate
  • An eye for detail, with the ability to multi-task

Key Administrators Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customer service, credit management and commercial teams via telephone and email
  • Monitor and manage all new credit applications
  • Ensure all information is processes correctly with external credit agencies
  • Input data for all new customers, accurately and within tight deadlines
  • Ensure existing customer information is kept updated at all times
  • At all times ensure professional and efficient customer service
  • Any other duties as directed by the Receivables Manager
