We are recruiting for knowledgeable, articulate and helpful IT Helpdesk technicians with outstanding customer service skills for a reputable company in Worcester, where the scope for your development and training is sky high. As the first line of support you will be responsible for helping customers resolve their account issues so excellent communication skills are essential. You will be taking calls from a wide base of customers, liaising with other departments and ensuring that they resolve any issues. You`ll be communicating regularly with the customer and keeping them updated, so high levels of accuracy will be needed.
Part of your role will also be to maximise any sales opportunities presented to you, whether that be via up selling, cross-selling or referring leads to the Sales team. Your ability to trouble shoot, ask the right questions, and explain processes in basic and advanced terms will be used on a daily basis.
