Facilities Coordinator in Bristol paying GBP20,000 - GBP24,000

Your new company
Your new company is a supplier of stage lighting and sound equipment to a variety of industries including Theatres, schools and the entertainment industry. They offer a complete service including stage lighting, audio, video, communication systems, rigging, stage curtains, set and staging. They have a long and successful history in the technical installations sector, setting up permanent stage and studio installations across the UK and internationally for a wide range of clients.

Your new role
Your new role is for a works coordinator to schedule and manage both our internal resources, and subcontractors, to ensure the right people with the right skills, qualifications and training, are at the right place at the right time, dealing with and sorting through any issues as they arise. You will also be responsible for resourcing temporary internal staff where required, as well as managing the quality and delivery of a range of onsite activities, with the support of QC colleagues. You will be responsible for all the resourcing and scheduling aspects, which covers activities at a range of locations, including construction and customer sites.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role you will have experience within a similar role, covering resourcing, scheduling and management. Ideally, you have industry experience in either construction, electrical or professional entertainment, and you have an understanding and experience of the compliance and H&S requirements needed to carry out site activities, including construction sites. As well as these skills sets it would be a benefit to have these skill sets; management, commercial, analytical and strategic aspects, along with the ability to balance customer expectations. You will need to be highly focused and an excellent communicator, with the ability to create a team spirit without compromising performance, and possess excellent planning and negotiation skills.

What you'll get in return
In return for your hard work you will receive a salary between GBP20,000 - GBP24,000 depending on experience.
