Customer Service Administrator - NIGHTS
An award winning, well established company are looking for a Customer Service Assistant in the Market Drayton area.
Are you an excellent Customer Service Assistant looking for a new challenge within a successful company?
The vacancy is temp-ongoing, with a view to become permanent for the right person.
You will be working within the Customer Service department in a varied role, delivering excellent customer service when dealing with all incoming calls, recording all communications with their customers and providing feedback, keeping a daily log of customer queries and resolve these appropriately. You will be resolving a variety of customer queries, producing and maintaining reports and working to agreed timeframes.
You will chase information and lead times regarding inbound deliveries and investigate any no adherence to ensure customer service is delivered appropriately. You will be in control of stock uplifts and maintaining records. You will also be dealing with timesheets and holiday requests for full time employees and agency staff.
To be successful you will ideally have previous experience working within a customer focused environment, and have the ability to multi task. You will need to have attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and outlook, previous Kronos knowledge is advantageous.
You will need to have an adaptable approach to work, training and working hours. You need to have the ability to work without direct supervision, conscientious and reliable with an adaptable attitude. You will posses excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise work load to meet deadlines.
You will need to have attention to detail with excellent planning and organisational skills.
Working nights, 40 hours per week - 9 to 6 - £9 per hour + holiday entitlement
