Business Development - FinTech Equity Funding Platform

The Company

Established in 2004, we are an FCA regulated corporate finance adviser and a network of sophisticated investors investing over GBP25,000 in unquoted companies seeking GBP500,000 to GBP10 million in equity funding. Since launching, our expansion has been undeniable with offices in London, Jersey, Monaco and Dubai.

Having won the 'Private Investor Network of the Year' on three occasions, it's safe to say we are are experts in what we do; we know what works and what doesn't - we aren't just experts in Finance, we're experts in business. To date, we have 3500 Private Investor Members and work with over 30 Family Offices. Our foundations of success lie in the intelligence of our platform; sophisticated tech platforms are at the forefront of the finance industry we are paving the way for development.

In our London HQ, overlooking the Thames, we are expanding and looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team.

The Role

The Business Development role is one that is only suitable for, and open to, the very highest calibre of graduates. We are experts in what we do and - since we are a very career-minded organisation - we only hire graduates who have the tenacity, curiosity, intellectual capacity and drive to become experts, too.

There are certain requirements that we use to shortlist candidates for this role, including (but not limited to!):

• 2:1 or above from a Russell-group (or thereabouts) university, ideally in a humanities-based subject.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales and business development ability.
• Highly self-motivated and performance driven.
• Proven competency and interest in technology platforms.

The Basics

We recognise that, in order to get the best graduates working for us, we have to offer more than just excellent progression, intellectually challenging work and an enjoyable environment. This is why we offer a basic starting salary of GBP27,000 p.a with commission earnings up to GBP25,000.
