Job title: Investments Administrator
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5
Salary: GBP25k PA
Location: Hove
My client are looking for an Investment Administrator to join their professional and friendly team based in Hove. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to the administrative and operational management of client portfolios and wider investment strategies.
Knowledge within IFA environment would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
* Managing regular panel updates
* Preparation and maintenance of records for Investment Committee meetings
* Minute taking
* To manage and coordinate client portfolios in investment strategy and rebalancing
* Ensure clients are maintained within their agreed risk profile
* To implement client requests relating to their portfolios
* To monitor the cash position across client portfolios
* To work closely with investment platforms and other third parties to ensure the best level of service is provided to our clients
* To deal with escalated and complex technical platform queries
Requirements:
* Good understanding of Excel
* IFA experience is preferred
* Analytical
* Excellent administrative skills
