As a Primary NQT your role will involve you taking charge of a class that suits your teaching style and strengths. The appointed Primary NQT will not only be supported by a first class CPD programme, but by a full-time Teaching Assistant, enabling them to maximise their teaching output. As the new Primary NQT, you will be expected to attend regular review meetings to ensure you're making outstanding progress throughout your induction year.

The right candidate will be a committed and sociable Primary NQT who has the ability to deliver lessons in a clear, structured manner.
