Due to increased project demand a practice in York is seeking a Senior Architect to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an AJ100 top10 practice renowned for our excellence in architecture and heritage/conservation consultancy.
The successful candidate will have evidence demonstrating their attention to detail and high-quality examples of work submitted within their applications. You will need to be able to display a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and an understanding of the company's projects and culture.
You will have but not limited to:
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD and BIM
• Have good working knowledge of current UK building construction and regulations
• A strong eye for detail
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent literacy and report writing skills.
• Well organised, proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects
