CMS are looking for a dynamic Client Account Cashier who is looking for their next challenge within a fast paced team. This is an excellent opportunity to join the growing team in Edinburgh working for an international law firm. About the role This role will be responsible for assisting with the day to day functioning of the busy Client Account Cashiering team. Key responsibilities include: Process monies received into various bank accounts including ??? and $ Check payments are being effectively dealt with and in accordance with the firms policies Deal with Deposit/Joint accounts Bank Reconciliations Adhere to Firms Anti Money laundering regulations Liaise with Partners and Fee earners re client monies About you The ideal candidate will have extensive client account cashiering experience, working within a large corporate law firm. You must have good knowledge of legal accounting systems (preferably Elite) and strong IT skills. This role would suit someone who can demonstrate persistence and commitment to completing tasks and objectives, as well as working to strict deadlines. Good knowledge of internet banking and experience of dealing with a high volume of transaction is required. in addition to good numerical and communication skills. You will have a flexible working approach and the ability to work under pressure adapting to changes in your working environment.
