Our client is a leading children's hospice charity caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families.
Position: Implementation Project Manager
Location: Weybridge (Commutable from London, Epsom, Guildford, Reading and surrounding areas)
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to GBP45,000 per annum
Benefits: include a generous holiday allowance and on-site car parking
About the Role:
They are looking for a confident Implementation Project Manager to assist in the implementation, and project management of The Care Database to external clients and to provide ongoing support. The company has a number of established clients and with a strong pipeline of interest from clients both in the UK and abroad. There is a great opportunity to improve care across different sectors. This is an exciting and diverse role within a growing company.
The Care Database is a web based database that has been developed and upgraded from a system which has now been operating successfully for 18 years. The functionality includes patient demographics, care planning, booking, rosters and payroll.
The Implementation Projects Manager will be working directly with external clients to understand their service requirements and to ensure successful implementation. As a hand's on delivery focused Implementation Project Manager, you should have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will also be responsible for training of clients at different levels, system testing and providing helpdesk support. You will also be involved in supporting sales tenders.
About You:
You will be familiar with modern web based database systems. MS Office (specifically Access) and hold a project management qualification. You will have a good common sense and an appreciation of risk management.
This post will be based at their Office in Weybridge but you will be flexible to travel throughout the UK to support clients during the implementation stage of the database. Having your own vehicle will be an advantage.
Experience within the healthcare sector is desirable but not essential. What is essential is that you have the appetite to improve care and be able to clearly communicate to different user levels.
