Job title: Chef de Partie
Salary: Up to 19,000 GBP
Location: Buckingham, Buckinghamshire
Type of contract: Permanent
Workplace description: Located at the very heart of the beautiful medieval town of Buckingham. Enjoy 4 star luxury with 46 exquisite bedrooms, suites and family rooms, a fabulous friendly bar, superb 2 AA rosette awarded restaurant and comfortable lounges.
Main duties and responsibilities: You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of food to high standards, while maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work environment at all times.
You should be able to work as part of a team as well as showing your own initiative. A passion for food is a must and you should be able to inspire others with your flair and individuality.
You'll be able to work on your own initiative as you learn from colleagues
Essential criteria: You will have experience of working as a Demi Chef de Partie looking to make the next step up in your career, along with the desire to develop further. To have experience of working in rosettes establishments would be most advantageous.
Accommodation provided: Yes
Charge for accommodation: 60.00 GBP per week
